Since joining JMC in 2023, Tina Wedge has brought a wealth of experience, creativity, and an honest, grounding presence to our team. With 14 years of entrepreneurial success managing her own esthetic salon and beverage company, Tina has demonstrated exceptional drive and business acumen. Recently, she completed the Human Resource Management Program at NBCC with honors and is on the path to earning her CPHR designation.
Tina’s vibrant personality and dynamic approach make her a vital contributor to the JMC team. She is passionate about fostering positive relationships and facilitating growth, both in her professional endeavors and personal life. A nature enthusiast, Tina loves spending time outdoors with her family and finds inspiration in the tranquility of nature.
Beyond her professional achievements, Tina holds degrees in Criminology and Social Work from St. Thomas University, which has equipped her with a deep understanding of human behavior and societal dynamics. Her love for adventure also shines through— she and her family spent six months backpacking through Central America, an unforgettable experience that further fueled her passion for exploration and connection.
