Since joining JMC in 2023, Tina Wedge has brought a wealth of experience, creativity, and an honest, grounding presence to our team. With 14 years of entrepreneurial success managing her own esthetic salon and beverage company, Tina has demonstrated exceptional drive and business acumen. Recently, she completed the Human Resource Management Program at NBCC with honours.
Tina’s journey back to school as an adult learner sparked a personal passion: helping students and graduates navigate the often-overwhelming transition from education to meaningful employment. That experience inspired her work on ReadyMe, JMC’s career readiness platform designed to guide and empower emerging professionals through the job search journey. Through this initiative, Tina has been instrumental in helping graduates find confidence and clarity as they build rewarding careers.
Her vibrant personality and dynamic approach make her a vital contributor to the JMC team. Tina is passionate about fostering positive relationships and facilitating growth in her professional and personal endeavours. A nature enthusiast, she loves spending time outdoors with her family and finds inspiration in the tranquillity of nature.
Tina also holds degrees in Criminology and Social Work from St. Thomas University, which has equipped her with a deep understanding of human behaviour and societal dynamics. Her love for adventure shines through—she and her family spent six months backpacking through Central America, an unforgettable experience that further fueled her passion for exploration and connection.
