Tanya Caissie
Tanya is a highly experienced Human Resources leader with a career spanning over two decades. Her journey began in the engineering sector, where she spent over 15 years honing her skills in various HR roles before transitioning to the academic sector for the last 7 years. Throughout her career, Tanya has been instrumental in leading organizational change, improving processes, increasing efficiencies, and developing and implementing talent programs such as talent reviews, performance management, succession plans and recognition frameworks.
Tanya's work has taken her to various regions across Canada, including Alberta, Quebec, and now Atlantic Canada. She has also collaborated with offices worldwide. This diverse experience has equipped her with a deep understanding of different work cultures and environments, showcasing her ability to adapt and lead in diverse settings.
In addition to her extensive professional experience, Tanya holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's in Business Administration. This academic background, combined with her professional journey, has equipped her with a unique blend of psychological insight and business acumen, enabling her to lead with empathy and strategic vision.
