Maggie has been a key member of JMC since 2020, playing a pivotal role in our success. She leads our executive searches with a passion for recruitment and a genuine love for networking and getting to know people. Maggie's dedication to building meaningful connections has made her a trusted advisor to both our team and our clients.
Before joining JMC, Maggie gained extensive experience at JDI, where she honed her skills in training, total rewards, performance management, recruitment, compensation, and navigating both unionized and non-unionized environments. This robust experience, combined with her strong educational foundation from the University of New Brunswick, makes her an invaluable asset to our company.
Maggie’s vision is to position JMC as the leading-edge HR consultancy in Atlantic Canada. Her drive, resilience, and innovative approach are key factors in our journey toward that goal. She is dedicated to empowering others, whether by helping our team members reach their full potential or by guiding businesses in their pursuit of top talent.
Outside of work, Maggie enjoys spending time outdoors with her family of four. With roots in Miramichi, New Brunswick, she has a deep connection to life on the river and even spent years working on an old fishing boat—a testament to her determination and grit.
