Lauren stays calm under pressure – which is an unbelievably important asset when working in Human Resources. We have a bunch happening at once, and she puts her head down and efficiently gets it done – all with a caring and thoughtful approach. One of the most impressive things about Lauren is how incredibly smart she is. She received the highest mark in New Brunswick on the CPHR National Knowledge Exam when she wrote it. Go, Lauren!

Lauren Macdonald is one of our fantastic HR Consultants at JMC. She joined our team recently and has already made significant headway for our clients with her intense drive and professionalism. Lauren is a force for our clients, helping them create environments or opportunities to allow them to feel excited and passionate about their work.
Outside of work, Lauren loves to spend time with her young family and is a big fan of cooking and enjoying delicious food! She loves to travel and has a goal to live a balanced life, ideally somewhere lovely and warm!
