Drew’s first job was in landscaping, which she did for ten years every summer while getting her education. This taught her one of her most significant, most impressive lessons. That hard work and teamwork create the most satisfying results for her, the team, and clients when they see a project done well. This lesson applies to everything she does at JMC. She loves to help people, throw herself into projects, and get the work done the right way every time.
Drew Estabrooks
Drew Estabrooks is one of our newest HR Consultants at JMC. She is coming straight out of NBCC with her Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management! She also has her Bachelor’s in Psychology and Disability Management Certificate from Dalhousie University. She’s a smart cookie and a perfect fit for our team. She’s so driven and eager to be successful and become an extremely knowledgeable HR professional.
Drew’s caring, happy, and honest self carries her throughout her days working with the JMC team. She’s a rock, and her supportive personality goes such a long way in ensuring our clients get the service they deserve. Outside of work, Drew loves spending time outdoors with her friends and family – especially unplanned adventures!
