Drew joined JMC in 2022 and quickly became an indispensable member of our team. A true jack of all trades, Drew brings her analytical mind and unwavering dedication to every project, always diving right in with the goal of achieving the best possible results for our clients.
Drew graduated from NBCC with an Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management, complementing her Bachelor’s in Psychology and Disability Management Certificate from Dalhousie University. Her academic achievements are just the beginning—Drew’s drive to succeed and become an expert HR professional makes her a perfect fit for JMC.
Before launching her HR career, Drew spent ten summers working in landscaping, where she learned the value of hard work and teamwork. This experience instilled in her the belief that the most satisfying results come from a job well done—a principle she applies to every aspect of her work at JMC. Whether helping colleagues or tackling complex projects, Drew approaches each task with a commitment to excellence.
Drew's caring, happy, and honest nature makes her a reliable and supportive presence within the JMC team. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with friends and family, especially on spontaneous adventures.
