Drew Estabrooks
Drew joined JMC HR Consulting in 2022 and has since become a key member of our team, known for her thoughtful approach and commitment to delivering practical, high-impact HR solutions. With a strong focus on policy development, employee handbooks, and strategic HR guidance, Drew plays an integral role in helping our clients navigate the complexities of today’s workplace.
Much of Drew’s work is rooted in supporting Indigenous communities, where she brings care, respect, and cultural awareness to each engagement. She has led and contributed to a wide range of HR initiatives, including policy audits, handbook creation, employment contracts, and organizational reviews—always with a focus on compliance, clarity, and alignment with community values.
Drew holds an Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management from NBCC, a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and a Certificate in Disability Management from Dalhousie University. She brings an analytical mindset, strong work ethic, and natural curiosity to every project—qualities shaped by years of hands-on experience and a deep belief in getting things done right.
Whether developing clear, employee-friendly policies or supporting leadership teams through change, Drew brings warmth, honesty, and professionalism to everything she does. Outside of work, she enjoys spontaneous adventures with friends and family.
