Chad is an HR Consultant with a sharp eye for talent acquisition and a passion for psychoeducational assessments. His adventure into HR consulting follows a 21-year career in education. For 11 of those years, Chad held the role of school administrator, steering institutions through exciting phases of growth, transformation, and innovation. But his impact wasn’t just about systems and processes—it was about creating inclusive, thriving communities for staff, students, and everyone in between.

Chad kicked off his academic journey at Saint Mary’s University, where he not only earned his degree but also proudly represented the Saint Mary’s Huskies on the hockey team. His love for the game took him to new heights (and new countries!), playing professional hockey for two seasons in the Netherlands.

After hanging up his skates, Chad dove into education, where he honed his leadership skills. This mix of academic know-how, team-first mentality, and hands-on experience now fuels his strategic approach to talent acquisition, employee development, and building solid professional relationships. Chad’s leap into HR consulting wasn’t just a career move—it was a whole new way to bring fresh, innovative thinking into the workplace, translating his education leadership expertise into a range of industries.

Off the clock, Chad’s all about family and adventure. Whether he’s exploring the rugged coastlines or hitting the slopes with his girls. He embraces life with the same energy and enthusiasm he brings to his work—balancing it all with a healthy dose of fun and relaxation.
