Brittany Shaw
Brittany has been a dynamic force at JMC since 2021, bringing a people-first lens to everything from leadership coaching and employee engagement to learning and development. With a dual background in Education and Human Resources, she bridges her teaching roots with her HR expertise, making a powerful impact across career transition, team development, and leadership growth.
As a certified teacher, licensed Insights Discovery Practitioner, and trained MBTI and Strong Interest Inventory facilitator, Brittany uses evidence-based tools to help individuals and teams unlock their full potential. Whether she’s leading a workshop or guiding someone through a career pivot, her approach is grounded in empathy, creativity, and purpose.
Known for her collaborative style, big-picture thinking, and resourcefulness, Brittany - affectionately known as Britt - has also played a key role in JMC’s innovation, including the development of our digital career transition program.
Beyond JMC, Britt proudly serves as Secretary on the Board of Directors for BGC Moncton, a role that reflects her deep commitment to youth and community impact.
Outside the office, she’s always up for an adventure - skiing, boating, or heading out on family trips with her husband, two kids, and their dog Beatrice. She also finds joy in creative outlets like playing guitar and photography.
